The year, quarter by quarter
Four calibrations, spaced across twelve months. This is the whole commitment, written out — read it before you apply rather than after.
Quarter one
The Biological Audit®: a head-to-toe multi-omic evaluation, including whole genome sequencing with clinical interpretation. Roughly two months end to end, with four to six weeks of analysis from the day the lab receives your specimen.
Quarter two
Laboratory assessment and a VO₂ max evaluation, read against the baseline rather than against a reference range. The first quarter where a direction of travel exists at all.
Quarter three
The same panel again. Three points make a line, and this is the quarter where a marker that is drifting becomes distinguishable from a marker that had one unusual morning.
Quarter four
Fourth assessment, and a full read of the twelve months against the baseline. The precision plan is rewritten for the year ahead on what your own biology did, not on what the average does.
Specimen collection is matched to your panel. Members within thirty miles of the Hanover office can arrange collection at home or at work.

It is not a scheduling preference. Reading 250 biomarkers against a genome, four times a year, is physician hours — and there is one physician. Existing members hold priority for the following year, so the number of places that open is smaller than fifty.

You can pay for care directly, and you treat any insurance reimbursement as a bonus rather than as the plan.
